Not Just Fake News But Memes Too
It was not just the fake news about Tahira’s mother playing the role of Trijata but also the memes about the demon servant that are popular on social media platforms.
The character was a demon servant who was clad in dark outfits and placed by Ravana to look after Sita in Ashok Vatika. Trijata turned out to be a great supporter of Sita and helped her find motivation since she believed in the power of Rama. Trijata also kept Sita aware of the happenings of the war. That’s one reason people are also calling her the “first reporter this world ever witnessed”!
